Shipping Options
All orders are shipped with First Class Mail or Priority Mail shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping upgrades are available at an additional cost.

Order Processing Time 

All items have a 3-4 week processing time. This does not include holidays, weekends, or the time that the package is spent in transit on its way to the chosen address.

Delivery Address

Please triple check that you have chosen the correct address at checkout. We are unable to modify delivery addresses once the order has shipped out. It is the buyer's full responsibility to ensure that they have placed their order with the correct address. Packages sent to the incorrect address as a result of the buyer will not be refunded or resent out.

TheCraftoholic is NOT responsible for packages that are lost or sent to the wrong address due to a "wrong address" that the buyer has provided.
